Return & Refund Policy

Sipping Policy

Any orders made before midnight, will be review and shipped in two business days. Customized items may take longer to ship depending on the customization requirements. Allow up to 5 business days for delivery after the items are shipped. Orders will be shipped Monday-Saturday via USPS, UPS or FEDEX.

Delivery time may be longer during holiday times.

International shipments depend and the weight or the order

RETURN

Returns are accepted for items that are unopened, or unused with the original tags. Items must be shipped with the original packaging in the same condition as they were received.

Returns must be received within 14 days after the orders are received. Returns received after 14days will not be accepted. All returns will be reviewed prior to being approved.

A confirmation email will be sent when a return is received, when it is approved, and when a payment refund is issued.  

When approved,  the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7 business days. It may take a few days before the refund shows in your bank account.

On sale items:

Items on sale or on clearance are not qualified for refund.
